   Renée is a Certified Wellness and Conscious Living Coach & a graduate of Wellcoaches® premier training, the recognized world leader in Wellness Coaching.   She is skilled as a Certified Holistic Stress Management Specialist, Certified Hypnotist, Meditation/Imagery Instructor and Energy and Healing Practitioner.   Respected and regarded for her Emotional Intelligence Abilities, keen insightfulness and intuitive ability to quickly evaluate issues and blockages impeding personal growth and happiness, she empowers you with self tools to eliminate those barriers that hold you back, keeping you stuck. 

     Following her own internal spiritual wellness journey, life challenges,  family loss and personal self-discoveries and quest for life purpose, Renée thrives on coaching and guiding those who are seeking greater life meaning, balance and wellness.  It is with an array of deep transformational life experiences and over 28 years of successful corporate business experience in management, human resources/relations and commodities negotiations that have added to the life experience.

    In her Wellness practice, Renée loves utilizing her innate abilities, lifelong studies, interests and skills in human potential, metaphysics, mind-body sciences, positive psychology, eastern & western philosophies, energy medicine, personal growth and spirituality. It allows her to share an abundant wealth and rich mix of knowledge, assets and effective methodologies with her clients for creating positive wellness shifts, mental makeovers, lifestyle improvements and transformational self discoveries.   Delivering a practical and powerful integrative holistic approach to mind, body and spirit wellness,  Renée utilizes several successful and effective Coaching strategies, including Wellcoaches™ training, integrated with the “Internal Focus Wellness Methodology"™.  This process combines holistic self empowerment tools such as; Creative Imagery, Breath work, Conscious Living Approaches, Mindful practices, Meditation and others, including her own method, the Internal Focused Relaxation Technique™ of which addresses both the conscious and subconscious mind. This allows your desired changes and shifts to occur within you with less “conscious” work and effort!   

     Living in Dallas, Renée assists clients locally and globally via phone, internet and other web based technologies. Individual & group sessions, seminars, "playshops", custom corporate programs and retreats for are offered for increasing personal and professional well-being.
